These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PAPRIKA operates. You unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Czech Republic for the resolution of any disputes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or void under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
